Our journey began in 1980 in Chanioti, Halkidiki, with passion, dedication, and a love for what we do. The early days weren’t easy, but we never gave up. We worked hard, constantly improving our restaurant and creating something truly special. After a successful decade, we moved to Thessaloniki, where “Paris” became known for its signature dishes and unique hospitality for 22 years.
More than anything, we cherish the relationships we’ve built along the way. The greatest satisfaction comes from a simple smile, a firm handshake, and a heartfelt “thank you” from our guests.
For us, this was never just a restaurant—it was a dream come true. A place where we shared beautiful moments with colleagues, friends, and customers who became family.
